1. Acceptance of Terms
By using ServerFuse’s services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and our internal policies. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, server credentials, and associated passwords. You agree to immediately notify ServerFuse of any unauthorized access or suspicious activity involving your account.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use ServerFuse services for:
- Hosting or distributing malware, viruses, or any malicious content.
- Phishing schemes, scams, or fraudulent financial activities.
- Hosting illegal software, warez, or pirated content.
- Sending spam, bulk unsolicited emails, or engaging in blackhat SEO.
- Running DDoS tools, bots, or launching attacks on other networks.
- Storing or distributing child exploitation content or promoting hate speech.
Violating these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without prior notice.
4. Domain Suspension or Ban
Domains hosted with ServerFuse may be suspended or banned for the following reasons:
- Use of the domain in phishing activities or fraud attempts.
- Abuse complaints from regulatory or domain authorities.
- Use of the domain to distribute malware or run illegal operations.
- Violation of third-party rights including trademarks and copyrights.
If your domain is suspended, you may contact our abuse team with detailed clarification. ServerFuse reserves the right to permanently ban a domain based on the severity or repetition of offenses.
5. Rectification & Appeals
If your service or domain is suspended, you may appeal the action by submitting a ticket with a complete explanation and supporting documents. Rectification may include:
- Removing harmful or violating content immediately.
- Providing proof of identity or authorization (for fraud-related issues).
- Agreeing in writing to comply with our Terms going forward.
Appeals are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Reinstatement is not guaranteed and ServerFuse’s decisions are final.
6. Billing and Payments
All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed upon. Invoices are due on the date generated. Failure to pay will result in service suspension within 24–72 hours and account termination within 20 days. Reactivation may incur an additional fee.
ServerFuse accepts various payment methods including offline bank transfer, online debit/credit cards payment (Paystack) and cryptocurrencies. All transactions are processed securely.
7. Backups and Data Protection
We provide daily and weekly automated backups. However, we strongly encourage clients to maintain their own local backups. ServerFuse is not liable for any data loss or corruption under any circumstance.
8. Service Termination
You may cancel your services at any time via your ServerFuse dashboard. ServerFuse may also terminate services if:
- You violate our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy.
- Payment remains unpaid beyond the grace period.
- We are required to by law or regulatory authority.
9. Limitation of Liability
ServerFuse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services and are not liable for downtimes caused by maintenance or unforeseen events.
10. Changes to Terms
ServerFuse reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
